The Lay Council
Positive role models, leadership and Christian stewardship.
The Lay Council’s objective is to introduce positive role models through enrichment programs; to seek daily Christ’s way of life; to bear witness to the “Way” in business dealings and social contacts.
To develop leadership for participation in politics and civic affairs so as to become more effective in the Church. To enhance Christian fellowship in the Church among the Lay by promoting responsible Christian living and promoting Christian stewardship while studying God's Word, seeking, and serving through programs of nurture, leading to commitment of time, talents, and resources. The Lay Leader supports church officers and conducts workshops as necessary and/or requested.
